Challenge
Maria Salvino is a mortgage broker based in Toronto, providing a wide range of mortgage services to Canadian borrowers across the country.
As a well known mortgage agent, she required to improve her online presence to connect with more clients through a user friendly website design. Furthermore, the descriptions of the services and a well-written content on the blogs were required to be cohesive enough to inform the website visitors on the details and benefits of the services provided by Maria, directing to a Call-To-Action (CTA).
Lastly, a CRM integration was required to automate a part of the user journey and establish the foundation of the automated email marketing to the generated leads.

The
Strategy
Digital Visibility designed a straight forward User Experience (UX) for Maria Salvino’s client to navigate through the list of services, her background, and an accessible portal to make a contact or book a consultation session.
A Search Engine Optimized (SEO) content regarding the services was developed based on technical and keyword research. The Copy Writing was developed to impress the readers by being informative while marketing the business.
In order to automate the email marketing, a combination of third party software such as Zapier and MailChimp was integrated with Finmo to provide access to segmenting clients, sending mass emails, and automating user journey communications.
