As a well trusted property management company, Quantum Property Management Group Inc. manages a large number of properties. This highlights the need for an automated system to direct potential leads from the current marketing channels to an online platform to view a list of all available properties and initiate tenant application.

Strategy
Digital Visibility designed a straight forward User Experience (UX) for Quantum Property Management Group’s client to navigate through the list of properties, services provided by the company, and an accessible portal to contact the property management team.
In order to automate the tenant journey process on the website, our website developers integrated a third party Application programming interface (API) using JavaScript. The API calls the inventory data of the available properties from TenantCube, a property management software used by the client, and maps to a friendly User Interface (UI) designed by Digital Visibility.
The data is automatically updated on regular basis to reduce manual workload and frequent website maintenance requirements.
